天心流兵法 横濱支部より、各人の神無太刀（かんなだち）當てる稽古。
棒に當てる稽古法ですが、木劍ダメージと、標的ダメージを和らげるため、天心先生がペットボトル打つ方法を考案。

空を相手にする獨り稽古を天心流では獨形（どっけい）と呼びますが、相手をつけたり、物に當てたり、物を切ったり、バランスよい稽古が大事です。

This is a training method in which the practitioner strikes a pole. However, to reduce damage both to the wooden sword and to the target, Tenshin Sensei devised a method of striking plastic bottles instead.
In Tenshinryu, solo training performed against an empty opponent is called Dokkei 獨形. However, it is also important to maintain a balanced approach to training: practicing with a partner, striking physical objects, cutting targets, and refining the body through many different forms of practice.
