アガー…30g
レモン汁…小さじ1/2
食用色素(黒)または(青)…適量

［スポンジケーキ］
卵Mサイズ…3個
グラニュー糖…80g
食用色素(白)…適量
薄力粉…80g
バター…15g
牛乳…10ml
