Max[102kg]→My goal [75kg] Everyday new video! in English and Japanese in the playlist!

My resolution for this year is to lose 25kg.

I would like to inspire a healthy lifestyle and document how the body is changing according to good habits.

My max weight was 102kg in 2018.
I lost 15kg in 3 months during the pandemic while I was working as a delivery on a bicycle but unfortunately, I rebounded when I changed to an electrical bicycle.

I started my losing weight challenge in 2022.
my weight was 97kg.
I will do my best to aim for 75kg.

健康的なライフスタイルと良い習慣によって身體がどのように變化するかを記録したいと思います。

コロナ禍で3ヶ月で15kg痩せましたが、殘念ながらリバウンドしてしまいました。

2022年から減量チャレンジを始めました。
私の體重は97kgでした。
７５kgを目指して頑張ります。
