　　①差し帶（ほどけにくい締め方）
　　②一本縛り（後ろで交差しない締め方）
　　③長い帶の對處方法

今回は初心者向けの動畫ですが、應用編では變則的な締め方も紹介しています。
動畫の中でも、言っていますが、日本の方は試合や所屬の練習で①②が禁止になっているかもしれませんので、確認の上自己責任でお願いします。

ただ、覺えておいて損はないと思いますので、參考の一つとしてみてください。
