It snowed in Tokyo on January 14th.
關東南部の皆さん、降りましたね＆つもりましたね、雪。
娘にとっては、積もった雪で遊ぶはじめての經驗になりました。
パウダースノーには程遠いべちゃべちゃの雪ですが、樂しかったようです。

私は・・・どんなに暑くても苦になりませんが、寒いのはもうぜんぜんダメ。
娘からの雪國に連れてけリクエストはスルーしております。

My daughter played in the snow for the first time in her life!
I made the "snow jelly" for her.
I hope this will be one of the best memories of her life.

milk jelly
200ml milk
2g Kanten(agar)
if you use gelatin,soak the gelatin in water before using
add sugar if you like it sweeter

soda pop jelly
200ml water
4g Kanten(agar)
if you use gelatin,soak the gelatin in water before using
400ml soda pop
add sugar if you like it sweeter

grape jelly
100ml water
2g Kanten(agar)
if you use gelatin,soak the gelatin in water before using
200ml grape juice
add sugar if you like it sweeter

牛乳寒天
牛乳　200ml
粉寒天　2g
お好みで砂糖

サイダー寒天
水 200ml
粉寒天 4g
お好みで砂糖
サイダー　400ml

ぶどう寒天
水　100ml
粉寒天　2g
お好みで砂糖
ぶどうジュース　200ml

甘さはほとんどありません。お好みで砂糖を足してください。
粉寒天は水から入れて、寒天が溶けきるまで少なくとも沸いてから3分は混ぜ續けてください。
スプーンで混ぜていると、スプーンにザラザラがつかなくなるので分かります。

寒天の代わりにゼラチンを使う場合は、少量の水でふやかしておいて、
温めたゼリー液に加えて溶かします。
