The beautiful blue sky inspired me to make a fruity blue and white Jello-O for my children. This recipes uses drinks available at the supermarket.

ゴールデンウィーク、いい天氣ですね～。息子が病み上がり（風邪で發熱）なので遠出できませんが、公園で遊んだりのんびり過ごしています。サイダー＆カルピスで作ったクラッシュゼリーで素敵な青空を再現してみました。娘、注文つけてましたが・・・。

Ingredients:

500ml Mitsuya Cider (Carbonated beverage similar to Sprite or Ginger Ale)
50ml Shaved Ice Syrup
10g Gelatin powder

250ml Calpis Water (White milky carbonated beverage)
5g Gelatin Powder

This recipe is not very sweet. If you need it sweeter, add more syrup or sugar.

*You should be able to find both beverages at Japanese or Asian supermarkets

材料：

サイダー　500ml
かき氷シロップ　大さじ3(約50ml)
粉ゼラチン　10g

カルピスウォーター　250ml
粉ゼラチン　5g

※かなり甘さ控えめです！カルピス部分なんか無味(笑)。
　ゼリーになるとドリンク状態の時より甘さが感じられなくなりますので
　お好みで砂糖やガムシロップを加えてみてください。
