2024年5月１日から5月31日までの期間，お大師さまは，10年に1度の大
開帳で，いつも以上の賑わいを見せている。あなたとは，奇跡的にこの動畫で巡り合った。
We meet miraculously on this movie. From May,1,2024 to May, 31, 2024, Kawasaki Daishi Heikenji has a big event, that is “Daikaicho Hoshu” once every 10 years.

2024年5月5日（大安），5月15日（大安）に，お大師さまへお參りし，奇跡的に赤札を頂いた。いずれの日程も奇跡的に好天であった。
I went there on May,5, 2024 and May,15, 2024 and received “AKAFUDA” miraculously. Both days are the auspicious day of Japanese calendar and sunny.

5月5日はこどもの日であり，日曜日でもあり，混み合っていた。
May,5 was Children’s Day Holiday and Sunday, so there were crowded.

15日は，平日ではあるものの，混み合っていた。
Although 15 was weekday, there were crowded.

赤札を頂き，本堂前の大日如來を象徴する供養塔からのびる綱を握ることで，功徳がもたらされると傳わる。
You could receive “AKAFUDA” and grab the rope from wooden tower symbol of “Dainichi Nyorai”.

「厄除け」として有名なお寺であり，お護摩祈祷の申し込みも當日できる。
Kawasaki Daishi is a famous temple for warding off evil. You could apply to receive “OGOMAFUDA” on the day in Kawasaki Daishi Heikenji.

ただし，お護摩祈祷時間は決まっているので，事前に調べてから行くことをおすすめしたい。
Caution : Pray times are fixed, so I recommend you to search pray time.

30分ほど祈祷などをして，その後，赤札を頂ける。
After pray for warding off evil and so on for about 30 minutes, you would receive “OGOMAFUDA” and “AKAFUDA”.

列に竝ぶ方々は1時間以上竝ぶ可能性もあるので，熱中症對策として，飮み物や日傘，帽子などを準備してから竝ぶことをおすすめしたい。
If you have time to make a line over probably 1 hour in Japan, and don’t need “OGOMAFUDA”, you could make a line to receive “AKAFUDA”.
You should wear hat, and buy drink beforehand .

中には，折りたたみのコンパクト椅子を用意してきている熟練者もいた。
Some of making line professional prepared compact folding chair.

貫首が朱色で手刷した阿彌陀如來に歸依するという名號6文字「南無阿彌陀佛」の書かれた和紙をありがたく授かる。
“KANSU”, a top of the temple printed red 6 words “南無阿彌陀佛” on white Japanese paper by hand.

原則として，1人1枚を授與される。その後，供養塔の綱を握りしめる。
We would receive a paper of “AKAFUDA” for one person in principle. After doing that you should grab rope at special wooden tower in front of Daihondo.

中には，供養塔の柱に向かって手を合わせたり，供養塔に觸れたりしている方もいらっしゃる。
Some of visitor prayed in front of the pillar or touched the pillar.

赤札を頂くと，「かぜが治る」や「災難の場面からよくなっていく」といったようなことが古くから言い傳えられている。
一般では，「削って飮むとかぜが治る」や「食べると災難から逃れられる」といったことが流布されている樣子もうかがえる。
If we get “AKAFUDA”, it is said that it would cure our cold or it help us to overcome adversity.
Some local people said that “After scratching and drinking it, cure our cold” or ”After Eating it, we could overcome adversity”. I don’t know the detail of the local people story.
If you try to eat or drink the paper like goat, I couldn’t promise your good health. I don’t know.

廣辭苑をひくと，各宗總本山や諸大寺の管長の稱（敬稱）として，「かんじゅ」，「かんず」と最後が濁った讀みで，首(上首，一座の上級者の意)と主の2つの漢字が出てくる。大本山川崎大師平間寺では，首の方で「かんす」と呼ばれるのが慣わしのようだ。いずれにせよ，長が手刷したありがたい赤札を頂けるということだ。
We could search the word pronunciation ”KANZU”or “KANJYU” on Japanese dictionary. We wouldn’t find “KANSU” on Japanese dictionary.
We would call top of Kawasaki Daishi “KANSU”.

期間中，參拜客の増加が見込まれるため，京急は増發し，一部列車が記念ヘッドマークをつけて運行している。
While the term, Keikyu rail way, that has the station near Kawasaki Daishi increased their train schedule. Part of the train were decorated memorial head mark.

令和6年4月26日，日本經濟新聞35面の東京・首都圈經濟の見出しとして，「京急，川崎大師大開帳の記念乘車券」が掲載されていた。記念乘車券は5月1日から發賣され， 2000部限定だったので，もう賣り切れていると思われる。
April, 26, 2024, Nikkei newspaper in Japanese reported that “Keikyu train would sell memorial ticket” translated in English.
I’m sorry, but the memorial ticket started to be sold on May, 1 were limited 2000, so these would be sold out now.
