大阪府道2號大阪中央環状線との重複區間は片側3車線であるが、その他の區間は概ね片側1車線となっている。ただし、河内長野市から縣境を經て、終點の五條市までの山間部區間では、急勾配・急カーブがあり、兩側1.5車線區間の狹路區間がある。
The section where it overlaps with Osaka Prefectural Route 2 Osaka Central Circular Route has three lanes on each side, but the other sections are mostly one lane on each side. However, in the mountainous section from Kawachinagano City through the prefectural border to the end point in Gojo City, there are steep gradients and sharp curves, and there are narrow sections with 1.5 lanes on each side.
