「醫食同源」の考え方を基に、沖繩の傳統文化や價値觀を未來に傳えることを目的としたチャンネル。

「醫食同源」とは、中國の傳統思想で、「醫學」と「食事」が同じ起源を持ち、健康維持や病氣豫防には日々の食事が重要であるとする考え方です。
沖繩の方言「ぬちぐすい（命の藥）」とも通じます。ぬちぐすいは、心温まる、身體に良いものを口にすることで命を繋ぐ食事を意味します。
現在89歳のおじぃの食を通した生活樣式に密着し、また沖繩の文化や歴史を後世に殘すプロジェクトを展開中です。
