Some water to cover it
5 Tbsp sugar
*Once softened, mash the beans as you like.

200 g heavy cream
2.5 Tbsp sugar
2 g gelatin powder & 2 Tbsp warm water

Lotus root, rapini, canned tuna, corn, shallots

[ Sesame mayo dressing 2 servings ]
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
2/3 Tbsp sesame oil
2/3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 pinches salt
Some pepper

2 medium carrots (about 300g)
1/3 medium onion
20 g butter
2/3 chicken stock cube
Some water to cover the ingredients
