雪玉メーカーで恐龍フライドポテト
2人分

材料：
じゃがいも　3個（300g）
【A】鹽　小さじ1/2
【A】コンソメスープの素　小さじ1/2
【B】片栗粉　大さじ2
【B】青のり　小さじ2
揚げ油　適量

作り方：
① じゃがいもは皮をむいて一口大に切る。耐熱ボウルに入れてラップをかけ、600Wの電子レンジで5分ほど加熱する。
② ①に【A】を加えてつぶしながら混ぜる。さらに【B】を加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。
③ お好みの形に成形する。
④ 揚げ物用の鍋に揚げ油を底から2cmほど注ぎ、170℃に熱する。③を入れて、全體がこんがりするまで揚げたら、完成！

Dino Shaped Potato Balls

INGREDIENTS
3 (300g) potatoes
[A]
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon consommé powder
[B]
2 tablespoons potato starch
2 teaspoons dried seaweed flakes
Frying oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a heat-resistant bowl. Cover with food wrap. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.
2. Add the salt and the consommé powder into the bowl (1). Mash the potatoes while mixing. Add the potato starch and the seaweed flakes. Mix well.
3. With a snow ball maker, shape the potatoes.
4. Pour the oil into a frying pot (to cover 2cm from the bottom). Heat to 170°C/338°F. Cook (3) until golden.
5. Enjoy!
