エレガントなクーペフォルムに收納可能な2分割式ディタッチャブルハードトップを標準裝備し、手輕にオープンエアドライブを樂しむことができる。

驅動方式はRR、ミッションは、ステアリングから手を離すことなくギアチェンジが可能な、ステアリングパドルシフト付き6速MTモード付オートマチック、搭載される直列3氣筒SOHCICターボエンジンは、698ccの排氣量から、最高出力82ps(60kW)/5250rpm、最大トルク 11.2kg・m(110N・m)/2250～4500rpmを發揮した。

★About the Smart Roadster Coupe
This lightweight, open-top two-seater from the Smart brand was built on an all-new, dedicated platform. Like previous Smart models, it featured the Tridion safety cell and resin body panels, achieving high body rigidity and a lightweight vehicle.

It came standard with a two-piece detachable hardtop that could be stowed away within the elegant coupe form, allowing for easy open-air driving.

The drivetrain was rear-wheel drive, and the transmission was a 6-speed automatic with steering wheel paddle shifters and MT mode, allowing gear changes without taking your hands off the wheel. The inline 3-cylinder SOHCIC turbo engine, with a displacement of 698cc, produced a maximum power output of 82hp (60kW) at 5250 rpm and a maximum torque of 11.2kg-m (110N-m) from 2250-4500 rpm.
