★ミツオカ ロックスター 2.0 LHD Only1 Specialに關して
光岡自動車の創業50周年を記念するスペシャルモデルとして發表された。マツダ・ロードスター（4代目となるND型）をベースに前後の外裝が1960年代のシボレー・コルベット（C2）を彷彿とさせる外觀へと變更されている。
エクステリアデザインはオロチを手がけた青木孝憲が擔當。
ボンネットのダミーダクトはコルベット"Z06"のそれを模しており、ブルーの七寶燒きエンブレムが取り付けられている。
ヘッドライトについては、モチーフとなったC2型コルベットは丸目4燈のリトラクタブルライトだったが、ロックスターではバンパーに埋め込むように配置された小型のライトとなっている。

販賣臺數は限定200臺であったが、2022年1月27日、ロックスターの完賣・完納を記念し、1臺限りの特別仕樣車「Rock Star 2.0 LHD Only1 Special」の抽選販賣を行なうと發表。カナダ向けのMX-5をベースに、標準モデルにはない左ハンドル、2.0Lエンジンの仕樣である。

★About the Mitsuoka Rockstar 2.0 LHD Only 1 Special
Announced as a special model commemorating Mitsuoka Motor's 50th anniversary. Based on the Mazda Roadster (fourth-generation ND model), the front and rear exteriors have been modified to resemble the 1960s Chevrolet Corvette (C2).
The exterior design was handled by Takanori Aoki, who also worked on the Orochi.
The dummy duct on the hood imitates that of the Corvette "Z06," and a blue cloisonné emblem is attached.
As for the headlights, while the C2 Corvette, which served as the inspiration, had four round retractable lights, the Rockstar has small lights embedded in the bumper.

Sales were limited to 200 units, but to commemorate the complete sale and delivery of the Rock Star, a one-off special edition vehicle, the "Rock Star 2.0 LHD Only1 Special," will be sold by lottery on January 27, 2022. Based on the MX-5 for Canada, it features left-hand drive and a 2.0L engine, specifications not available on the standard model.
