★メルセデス・ベンツ500SL(R107) 1987年式に關して
SLシリーズの3代目(R107)として1971年に登場。
シャシーコンポーネンツはミッドサイズのW114から轉用され、エンジンはSクラス用のユニットを搭載している。着脱可能なハードトップとソフトトップを裝備した2シーターの「スポーツ・ラグジュアリー」モデルである。

1986年には最後のビッグ・マイナーチェンジが行われ、外裝はエアスポイラーが付加（オプション）され、アルミホイールが14インチから15インチの新デザイン（通稱マンホール型）に改められた。
これはパワーアップによりブレーキローター/キャリパーが大型化されたためによるもので、サスペンション・ジオメトリーの見直しも行なわれ、アームの變更によるトレッドの擴大も行われた。

搭載されるV型8氣筒SOHCエンジンは4,973ccの排氣量からシリーズ最強の240psを發揮した。

1987年式の當車兩はAMGのエアロパーツとホイールが裝着されたモデルである。

Introduced in 1971 as the third generation (R107) of the SL series.
The chassis components were repurposed from the mid-size W114, and the engine was a unit for the S-Class. It was a two-seater "sports luxury" model equipped with a removable hardtop and soft top.

In 1986, the last major minor change was made, with an air spoiler added to the exterior (optional) and the aluminum wheels changed from 14 inches to a new design (commonly known as manhole type) of 15 inches.
This was due to the increase in power, which resulted in the brake rotors/calipers being enlarged, and the suspension geometry was also revised, and the tread was widened by changing the arms.

The V8 SOHC engine had a displacement of 4,973cc and produced 240ps, the strongest in the series.

This 1987 model is equipped with AMG aero parts and wheels.
