無印良品は世界の洗濯の風景を求めて旅に出ました。布が太陽の光を浴び、風にそよいで乾いていく。そんな世界共通の營みに、水や空氣のように暮らしを支えたいという無印良品の思いを重ね、自分たちのあるべき姿を見つめ直しました。

ブルガリア
首都から離れた、古い建物や塀が今も守られている街。傳統として受け繼がれた纖細な手仕事は大切にされ、ある住人の庭では、手編みのレースがゆるりと風になびきます。丁寧に育てられた木々と、營まれてきた日々に、これからも幸せな空氣がそよぐでしょう。

MUJI set out on a journey to capture laundry scenes from around the world. Bathed in sunlight and swaying in the breeze, clothes dry naturally in the open air. Focusing on this simple, universal ritual, MUJI has reflected on our aspiration to support and enrich daily life, like air and water, encouraging us to rethink the direction we should be taking.

Bulgaria
In a town distant from the capital, old buildings and walls are still well preserved. Traditional, delicate handicrafts are cherished, and in one garden, hand-knitted lace flutters gently in the breeze. As the trees are carefully nurtured, and life goes on day by day, the air is bound to remain filled with happiness.
