『集團勤勞作業』 (シュウダンキンロウサギョウ、1939年)

學徒を中心に土地開墾などの作業に集團で從事する日本各地の青少年男女の活動を紹介する。題名の「集團勤勞作業」は單なる集團での勞働作業を指すのではなく、1938年5月の國家總動員法施行の翌月の文部次官通牒「集團的勤勞作業運動實施ニ關スル件」による「實踐的精神敎育實施ノ一方法」として示された言葉で、夏季休暇の始期終期その他適當な時期における勤勞作業を中等學校以上の教育課程に組み込むものだった。翌1939年には文部省は學校の休業時にかかわりなく正課に準じて取り扱うことを指示し、學徒の動員體制が次第に進められていった（參考文獻『集團勤勞作業敎育の實際』および「三 戰時教育體制の進行」）。本作では宮崎縣の祖國振興隊、神奈川縣の學校勤勞報國隊、三重高等農林學校勤勞奉仕班、三重縣の黒田村青年團、多摩川風致地區で作業する東京の學生たちと彼らを激勵する荒木貞夫文部大臣の姿が紹介されるが、冒頭にはこれらの「集團勤勞作業」とは少し意味が異なると思われる、茨城縣内原（現・茨城縣水戸市内原町）の滿蒙開拓青少年義勇軍訓練所の樣子が收められており、同訓練所の映像として貴重であろう。

「フィルムは記録する ―國立映畫アーカイブ歴史映像ポータル―」では、1927年から1944年までの間に製作された30作品を新たに公開します。今回は、滿洲帝國にかかわる歴史的瞬間をとらえた作品のほか、1930年代に發生した大事故と大災害の記録、戰前の日本の産業の姿を傳える作品など、戰爭へと進む激動の時代を反映した樣々な作品を集めました。國立映畫アーカイブでは、今後も隨時公開作品を増やしていく豫定です。ぜひサイトをお訪ねください。

The seventh edition of this site presents 30 additional titles covering the years from 1927 to 1944. The selection includes a variety of works that reflect the turbulent times leading up to the war, including works that capture historical moments related to the Manchurian Empire, records of major accidents and disasters that occurred in the 1930s, and works that convey the state of Japanese industry before the war.
